In Scrum, this often happens during Sprint Planning or estimation sessions like Planning Poker, where the first expressed estimate significantly influences the entire team&#8217;s perception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3 wp-block-paragraph\">Instead of independently and critically evaluating the complexity of a task, team members unconsciously adjust their estimates to align with the initially stated one. The result?
