{"id":369,"date":"2025-09-26T18:55:20","date_gmt":"2025-09-26T16:55:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peterpagac.sk\/en\/?p=369"},"modified":"2025-09-26T18:57:58","modified_gmt":"2025-09-26T16:57:58","slug":"automaticky-koncept-7","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/peterpagac.sk\/en\/automaticky-koncept-7\/","title":{"rendered":"When was the last time you caught yourself looking only for confirmation of your opinion?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:15px\">Do you know what our brain does when we tell it, <em>\u201cWe\u2019ll get through this sprint exactly as planned\u201d<\/em>?<br>It starts collecting evidence\u2014but not all the evidence, only the \u201cright\u201d kind.<br>\u201cLast time we made it.\u201d \u2705 \u201cThe team is motivated.\u201d \u2705 \u201cThis time we have fewer user stories.\u201d \u2705<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:15px\">What do we ignore?<br>\u201cTwo people are on vacation.\u201d \u274c \u201cThe new requirements aren\u2019t clear yet.\u201d \u274c \u2026and so on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:15px\">In the Agile world, estimates are often as \u201cbrilliant\u201d as football predictions\u2014blind but full of self-confidence.<br>Risks? You filter them out like unwanted spam because they don\u2019t fit the perfect plan.<br>Mistakes keep repeating like a bad family-dinner joke, because admitting them would be\u2026 too painful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:15px\">Our brain is like that friend who always says you look great\u2014even when you\u2019re in pajamas and your hair looks like you\u2019ve been through an explosion.<br>Sweet, but not exactly helpful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:15px\">The best Scrum Masters I know share one habit: <strong>they actively look for reasons they might be wrong.<\/strong><br>Because the truth isn\u2019t in what we <em>want<\/em> to see\u2014it\u2019s in what we\u2019re afraid to acknowledge.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Truth
