In a Scrum team, where transparency and adaptation are inseparable, open and honest feedback is absolutely essential. This leads to faster problem-solving and reduced obstacles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>For the organization:<\/strong> It accelerates learning, improves decision quality, and drives innovation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-0451dc6093edd3793f7d3ac94d926f6f\" id=\"ember55\">\ud83d\udee0 <strong>How to work with feedback in Agile teams<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3f00fae7059f27663e079a1a08afbca7\">\n<li><strong>Make it regular, not one-off<\/strong> Feedback shouldn\u2019t only come during performance reviews.
