LinkedIn is a graveyard of Agile transformations—but only the failures are buried. 🕯️
Every Agile coach here has a portfolio full of success stories. No one keeps a “Failure Hall of Fame.”
It’s as if failure in IT never happens—only success with a few polite “lessons learned.” We sometimes live in a bubble where we see only the success stories that survived, while missing the hundreds of teams that tried the same methods and failed. Those who crashed and burned don’t give conference talks or write case studies.
⚔️ Copying the winner without understanding the battlefield is just an elegant way to lose.
We learn the most from those who didn’t make it. But they tend to stay silent. 🤫
